Hey there, friend!

About 5 years ago, I was in a pretty dark place. Anxiety had me in its grip  and rapid menopause made everything feel like a war.  I was losing everything and I nearly lost my life.  But you know what? I made it through.  And now, I'm here to share what I've learned along the way.

Hard things happen, it sucks and we have a tough decision to make: take up residency in the hurt locker or intentionally find our way out and into a healthier life. I've gathered some incredible tools and insights that have helped me cultivate confidence, effectiveness, and fulfillment in my life and relationships.  I'm not keeping them to myself—I want to share them with you.

I'm on a mission to make talking about mental health, midlife shifting and menopause as normal as chatting about the weather. It's time we shine a light on it, just like we do with cancer; we all should be safe to talk about it, share it and even call into work for a mental health day. Because when we open up about our struggles, we can start to heal. When we start to heal, we encourage others to come along with us.

In the calm of my own journey, I realized something: I'm not just here for me. I'm here to help others, like you, uncover their purpose and thrive.
